Most people love to get outside in the summer and do tons of fun activities, but for me, I enjoy being outdoors most in the fall. There’s something about sitting on a warm, plaid blanket with the cool breeze reading a new book that makes me smile. And for this GRWM, that’s exactly what I’m doing.
Jordin’s family gave me this gorgeous Anthro dress for my birthday, and I couldn’t wait to throw it on over these next few months. It’s just thick enough to be warn on it’s own, but still really flowy and light. And I love the navy color and chevron pattern. It’s been rainy around here the last few weeks, so I’ve pretty much been living in my Kate Spade rainboots that I got about five years ago. I still love them as much as the day I bought them.
Charlotte tagged along on the picnic adventure and got loads of compliments from other people and met many new dog friends. She always knows how to steal the show and, let’s be honest, make a fashion statement. Charlotte lounged around while I read and we had a wonderful afternoon in the chilly fall air. There’s nothing better.
