Anthropologie skirt // Anthropologie Top // JCrew Shoes // ett:twa Munin Sunglasess // MAC Rebel Lipstick // Loft Necklace
I was standing in line at Anthropologie, thinking I was being such a money saver because I had only picked out two things (normally I’m a serious shopper when it comes to Anthro), and then they had that line sale. You know those check-out lines where they put all the things right in front of you that you just MUST HAVE at that exact moment and you only have a few seconds to decide before you pass it by while the salesperson says, “is that all?” and gives you that look like, just buy it already!?
That was me and this skirt. I love the floral detail and I feel like anything with blue and black is so versatile. The red background gives it that special pop. The shirt? It was pretty much just a casualty in my check-out lane bonanza. I decided to pair this outfit with these metallic espadrille wedges from JCrew and my favorite Loft necklace that I got on sale last month. You can totally wear this outfit for a casual day out, and then add the heels and necklace to bling it up for a night on the town.
It ended up being the perfect “not too fancy but still totally put together” outfit for a nice evening in Disney World with my boyfriend to celebrate the end of our school semesters. After a full day at the parks, we headed out for dinner at Epcot and enjoyed pizza and pasta while watching the fireworks. It was nothing short of magical.
I love that skirt! The contrasting colors are amazing and it has such a fun texture. Good find!

Thanks Zelle!
I’m absolutely obsessed with this look. You can never go wrong with stripes and a floral print skirt. I think a bold statement skirt like this a perfect way to bring the summer in. You have such great style!
