Snow Day

I’ve heard it rarely snows in Amsterdam, and even more rarely ever sticks. So when both happened a few weekends ago I was beyond excited! I love the contrast of the city colors with the whiteness of the snow, and seeing all the action going on around town was crazy fun! I loved watching Charlotte play, Maddie had a nice wipeout in the street, and people were still biking to work like nothing was new. I loved getting to capture this moment and it will be a forever memory for me and my time here.

I am getting ready to head home next week and can’t believe this trip is almost over. It has been hard, exciting, fun, and so rewarding. I feel like there’s been a lot of growth for me during this month, but also a reminder of what I truly believe in and what makes me happy. I also feel like I’ve become friends with myself again, which was more than I was ever expecting. So, with that being said, I can mark this one down as a huge success (and a ton of fun)! I have a few more posts to share before I head home, but I hope you’ve enjoyed following along on my crazy adventure.
