On our last night in Toronto, we headed to dinner in one of those spinning restaurants on top of a tall building, and enjoyed a beautiful walk through the city as the sun set.
Sometimes when I’m wearing a more sophisticated dress like this one from Kate Spade, I worry that wearing it out to dinner will make me look like I’m a business woman on a mission. Do you know what I mean? So I love pairing a preppy dress with something less soft, like a leather jacket and blingy high heels. And I knew my blush mini would bring the whole look together. It’s been my favorite purse all summer because of how small it is and I can just grab it and go, which I do most days. It’s easy to store in my beach bag and I take it with me to the movies or out to the pool. It’s also the perfect accessory if you’re glamming it up a bit and because of the silver accents, you can easily use this purse for any occasion.
As the sun went behind the skyline we headed up (and up, up, up) to dinner filled with pastas and desserts and tons of laughter to end our trip on a high note. Literally.
