Happy cinco de mayo!
What a whirlwind week its been! You know those weeks when you just feel like you can’t possibly catch up and you’re kind of along for the ride called life? That’s been my week. I always seem to get a little frazzled trying to cram it all in before leaving on a trip, and this time is no different. All next week I will be traveling with Ohana Records as part of their Rock On The Road program. It’s a student-led music tour and we are coming to Sandestin, Birmingham, Nashville, Atlanta, Tallahassee, and St. George Island. I’ll be along to help out and take pictures. What these kids have accomplished is amazing, their bands sound incredible, and the venues are going to be great! If you’re in any of these cities, please stop by one of the shows! Today’s makeup look is all about beach days! As the days are getting warmer, school is breaking out for the summer, and vacations are calling, we are getting more and more tourists arrive in my tiny little town. There’s nothing more frustrating than spending an entire day at the beach only to realize that your makeup was completely smudged the entire day and your mascara has been running down your cheeks for hours. Since I grew up near beach, I’ve had plenty of years to perfect my no-makeup makeup look for those days in the sand and sun. Here’s my tutorial for a glowy, fabulous look that will last you your whole trip!
