Lavender Sleep Balm

Sleep Balm 38 ALWAYS

If you watched my May Favorites video, then the secret is out that I’m an emotional high strung person. Pretty much everyone who knows me (or has probably even just met me) knows that I wear my heart on my sleeve and that anxiety is a daily struggle in my life.

With that being said, enter this sleep balm. Seriously guys.

It’s life-changing.

Sleep Balm 6

I’ve tried so many different kinds of stress relievers, and this is for sure one of my favorites. You basically just rub this balm on your pressure points before bed, and the cooling chamomile and lavender scents just snuggle you right up into a dreamy state of bliss.

I also use this balm any time I’m feeling like I need a quick mental break. I’ll walk up to my room, dab some of this on the inside of my wrists, breathe deep for a few minutes, and then I feel centered and ready to take on the world again.

For me, controlling my anxiety and daily struggles is all about finding peace and feeling grounded.

When I can attain these feelings and find my control within them, then each day, each moment, is better handled with a smile on my face and a sense of calmness that I can let go of some of my worries, at least for a little while.

Sleep Balm 17

This balm is perfect for clearing your mind, thinking deeply, and letting go of whatever is holding you back.

This is love:

to fly toward a secret sky,

to cause a hundred veils to fall each moment.

First to let go of life.

Finally, to take a step without feet.” -Rumi
