Autumn Makeup

If you hear something outside tonight, it’s just me yelling from the rooftops how happy I am that it’s officially autumn. There’s something about these next few months that give me such a fulfilling feeling. I honestly am happier, more centered, more relaxed, more energized, and I just feel like it’s my time. I don’t know if it’s starting my day with the crisp cool breeze or ending it with a warm cup of hot chocolate that I love more, but autumn has my heart.

In terms of style, I keep it pretty basic during the fall months, usually opting for jeans and beginning to pull my sweaters out from the depths of my closet. In terms of makeup though, I like to switch it up from my usual and go a little bolder, specifically with a gold shimmery eye and deep berry lip. To me, this look is perfect for a day spent lounging around with family or a night out at a fancy holiday party. I love makeup looks that are easily transitional, and this is the look I’ll have on repeat for the next few months.
