Get Ready With Me: The L.A. Edition

If you’ve been following my Snapchat (alwayshunterb) or keeping up with my vlogs, my family and I have been traveling the last few weeks! We started in L.A., then went to Seattle for a few days, and now we’ve been spending the past week in Telluride, CO. It’s been such a fun trip and we’ve made so many amazing new memories.

While in L.A., I was dying to bust out my brand new dress from my friend’s new store, Lizard Thicket (the Panama City Beach location at Pier Park!). They just opened a few weeks ago and have the cutest new stuff that is also really affordable. I spent the afternoon trying on tons of clothes and fell in love with this dress. The cut is adorable, it’s flowy but with a nice cut above the hip, and I love the neckline that goes across high with a cut-out. It’s something a little different to what I would normally wear but it is so comfortable and it’s quickly becoming my go-to summer dress. In L.A., the weather was much chillier than expected (the week before it was in the 100’s but by the time we got there it would only reach mid-70’s during the day. Talk about perfect weather) so I threw my moto jacket over the dress and added my Zara boots I picked up on sale a few years ago. I have been using this fringe bag for the last few months and loving it, it’s the perfect size and the bucket style is really in right now, and then I finished off the look with my favorite monogram necklace from Anthropologie.

On this day, we went to The Ivy for lunch in the heart of Los Angeles and then walked over to Sprinkles afterwards where I devoured a vegan red velvet cupcake.
