alamwar tunic // Old Navy sandals (similar here) // Star Mela tote // Ray Ban sunglasses // Seafolly swimsuit
A few months ago, I had the opportunity to go to a trunk show for the Indian-based fashion & home textile company, alamwar. It was a really cool experience getting to hear about the way each item was made, where it came from, the specific processes involved, and how it becomes this beautiful piece of art that you can wear or use in your home. This red elephant tunic immediately popped out to me when I saw it on the rack, and I knew it would be a perfect coverup for summer. What I love most about this brand is how unique it is with every piece having a story. I’m all about wearing something that no one else has, and I’ve already worn this tunic a ton.
When I spent the weekend having a staycation with some friends, this was my go-to coverup for our beach and pool excursions. I felt like such a superstar with my lace-up sandals from Old Navy that I’m in love with (I literally wear them every day) and this adorable tote bag from Star Mela that can hold everything I need for a day out by the water.
And let’s be honest, this outfit is the perfect fourth of July weekend style. Red, white, blue, and every color in between.
