Can you believe how fast this month is flying by? I can’t believe we’re already in April, let alone about to be in May! Every day feels like a whirlwind, but a fun one for sure. I’ve also been up to exciting new things, one being in the beginning of this month, I started doing yoga two times a week (with the best teacher ever, hey Rebecca!). It’s been the best thing for me both mentally and physically, and yesterday I touched my toes for the first time ever! It’s been great to find something I love during this spring season.

Anyway, enough blabbering from me, let’s get into today’s post!

Now that spring is in the air, I wanted to add a few new essentials to my closet. I went to Old Navy and I was absolutely blown away by the spring styles! They are all so cute, the patterns are adorable, and I had trouble walking out of there with only a few things.

I’ve been obsessed with gingham for a while, but never felt like I could pull it off without looking like I came out of a preppy Town & Country magazine. When I found these pants, I just loved the fit and style. They also have them in a few other designs (including blue gingham!) that are all so cute and cool enough to calm my preppy aversion mind. I loved how the white top added a fun, relaxed element to this look and I’ve named it my “go-to Farmer’s Market Sunday outfit.”
