Shamrock-Shake-Blog-5Happy St. Patricks Day!

Are you wearing green today? Every year I remember getting pinched by my best friend, Sydney, because every year I consistently forget to wear green. This year, I have a brand new green t-shirt that I was ready to throw on, thinking Syd would be so proud. Then I realized, Beauty and the Beast comes out today so I MUST wear yellow instead. And yellow and green definitely don’t go together in the wardrobe department. So, cheers, to another year of me getting pinched.

I am so excited to be sharing this recipe with you guys today. I’ve been working with Vita Coco for the last few years and it’s been such a dream come true. I’ve loved making recipes for them and helping develop their content on social media. So, when their new coconut milk was released and they were looking for a St. Patrick’s Day inspired {boozy} recipe, I couldn’t wait! This shake/float concoction is seriously delish. I practically inhaled it while taking the photos. The simple syrup makes it extra sweet, while the peppermint schnapps adds a little kick. This is definitely the perfect sweet drink to add a some fun to your holiday! I hope you love it as much as I do! Xx

Snow Day

Blog-Snow-Day-27

I've heard it rarely snows in Amsterdam, and even more rarely ever sticks. So when both happened a few weekends ago I was beyond excited! I love the contrast of the city colors with the whiteness of the snow, and seeing all the action going on around town was crazy fun! I loved watching Charlotte play, Maddie had a nice wipeout in the street, and people were still biking to work like nothing was new. I loved getting to capture this moment and it … Read more

Amsterdam-for-Blog-11

Hi Everyone! Long time no talk. Well, if you follow me on YouTube then we will have talked. But if you're just a blog reader, sorry I've been MIA for a while. To be honest, I have had some mental health struggles the last few months and I needed to take a step back from everything for a bit and reset. I think it's always good to realign priorities and figure things out again, and that's what I decided to do. I am feeling much better these days … Read more

Whoa, hold back the hate, please. Between the candy that makes me crazy and the scary costumes, I kind of just wish we could breeze through it and get on to Thanksgiving honestly. Do ya feel me? No? Alright then. I understand, Halloween does have some fun perks. … Read more
